[Tweak] Password Character
#1
Here's how to change the password character from '*' to '•'.

Highlight this:

•

Right click, and select 'Copy'.

Go in to frmLogin and select the password text box. Open the properties of the component, and find "PasswordChar".

Where you see the '*', select it and paste in the '•'.

Do the same for any other password boxes, such as those in frmNewAccount.

Yours,
Robin

You gave it a rating of 0 because it's so basic?

The rating system is there to give low ratings to tutorial that're bugged, broken or bloated.

Bastards. xD

I think it's a good thing to change. I hate the * for the passwords. I'm used to looking for the dot these days. It's kinda the general character used. Big Grin

I always use to put it on wingdings and put the pass char as "l". I believe it made those dots.

I give this tutorial a 5. Why? Because not only is it simple, but it works flawlessly. Tongue

What Beres said worked for me but didn't simply copy and pasting.
