Application Icon

How do I change the application icon. When you go to start a program what you click on the image there. I changed the icon on the form but its only on the form. How do I change it for the application though? I did this before just cant remember how.

Project > (Project Whatever) Properties > Make > Application Icon > Choose the form you want your EXE's icon to be.

Yeah it shows on the top right of the form.

But I want it to show as the icon you click on to bring up the program. Rather than the basic one.

You go into the properties for the game and you set which form you want it to take the icon from.
