Have a check for all players currently online who aren't the recently-married ones. (Possibly a temporary stat value or an array of sort to keep those two safe.) Once the server has all the names, take a leaf from the /kill command tutorial and write it up to where it handles the function for everyone else, as opposed to just a single target.
