It works on my Windows 7.
I didn't even install anything, but that could be because I installed Eclipse library's (www.freemmorpgmaker.com/libraryfiles-1.exe and www.freemmorpgmaker.com/LibraryFiles.zip) and put the compability of visual basic 6 to XP.
