I find that hard to believe. Either they are lying to him about it being a dedicated or he got an insanely good deal. But I suppose it depends on the hardware too. If he is running a P3 at 500mhz and 128 mb ram he wouldnt really have that good of a deal. Not to mention Verrigan knows people I'm sure that played a huge role.
