Inactive Project Removal, & Forum Reorganization

The help wanted and buying and selling could be combined into one. But you should all remember how the old ms forum was. There where more boards than twice the size of the current forum. And you guys liked it. And you didnt like the idea of making the forums smaller. And now you want it even smaller.

It's not about making it smaller, it's about making it easier to use. I was just thinking about what people said about the sub-forums things and I supposed that it could make it much easier if there were less categories + sub-forums.
