DeveloNet is a new website I'm starting powered by Elgg. Its main focus is for developer's to advertise their products, start fan groups, upload their files, basically stay interactive with their fans. Create pages, blogs, whatever you want. This is something I thought would be awesome because for example, lets say you have a new game and you want some fans, create a page, upload your stuff, advertise on the site so people who didn't even know about it will see it and your fans will also see it. It also allows fans of your products to interact. I understand that there are other sites similar to this, but I feel that if used strategically, this site could really benefit developers.

As of now it is in the very early stages of development and I'm the only one working on it at the moment so it will be updated.Hope you guys use and enjoy it. Thanks.

Just to make your site look more professional, you might want to fix up the grammar in this paragraph :

Ahh poop stick. I'll try to fix this when I get home, sorry about that, for some reason, sending mail does not work, so I'm going to try to disable it or just use a different program, probably one thats more fit for this job.

Ok, everything should be working. I reinstalled it and changed the mailing method. I even tested it. It will take a few minutes but it will work this time, so registering should now work. NOTE: I tested on gmail!
