All boards and many topics are always "new" for me (this is annoying). Is this a forum setting or bug? Or is it my web browser that is messing up something?

Or is it my web browser that is messing up something?I believe that is all stored server-side, but it might be cookie-based instead. Have you tried the "Mark Forum as Read" thing? It might work if you haven't.
