Efforts to Thwart Bots

In an effort to remove spam bots from our midst I have made some changes to the forums.

Users that were using OPEN PROXIES may not be able to connect any longer. This was also put in place to help stop ban-evaders.

All users must have posted 5 times before they

• are allowed to use links in posts.
  
• can have a signature.
  
• can specify their website in their profile.
