Sprite Size

Wow mates, the blitting is strangling me! I've been trying to get the annoying size above 32*64 sprites. 64*96 or 96*128. (I prefer 64*96 // Less Lag) Anyways I've been attempting this code for a few days now without help and I've came to conclusion that I really need help on it.

Guiding me through it should help . Thanks,
