they do alittle.
errm you could try looking maybe at some work with fire in it. may help you out. also the shading still needs some work but other than that its okay.

The second one looks better, but a flame is NOT just red.

Look at how real fire looks. I think what people fail to do sometimes is look at real-life examples, because those are most accurate :roll:
