Intimidated

I decided that Elysium is a waste of time. I tryed restarting today with a fresh source of mirage and stared at the gui for 10 minutes. I feel almost retarded, I went to change the map to 16x16 keeping the sprite 32x32 but it takes alot more programming than expected. Has anyone been through this intimidating stage? Maybe I just need a push. Mirage feels impossible!

All i can say (from a view of someone who can't code) elysium is easier to use but it is more buggy, mirage is harder to use and more basic but no where near as buggy, i prefer elysium for it's user friendlyness but the bugs kinda counter it so i'm stuck at the moment for choice ^_^

search for 32's and change them to 16's, search for 7's and change the mapeditor related ones to 14's, done.

OH find where the attribute icons are blitz0rzed (blt'd) and change the offset from.. I think its 8, to 2.
