Take all of the Bug Fixes from the Bug Fix forum and apply them.

I'd prefer if you'd look to the time it takes for one npc to move before applying the system to all npc's. I have the feeling it'll lag the server superb. It could be usefull for an rpg, but on an mmorpg, no good, I think.
