I think it's just silly that the source has been around for two years and no one has posted a fix nor did anyone test the source properly.

I only had a look because Aydan couldn't get it working.

And on top of that when running the client side of the engine, (In VB test) the sound doesn't shut off until you close VBStudio.

*slaps*

Was my tutorial designed to help you stop music? No.

It was designed to start the music in the first place.

Anyone who can't figure how to stop it when the game ends is a moron. All the code is already there!

I don't use MSE-1. I use 303, but I'd like to just point out that music works fine in 303. So, one of Shan's optimizations or something screwed it up. =P

No offense Shan. Haha.

I did point that out >.>

He simply forgot to add four quotation marks the the line of code, so it knows it's getting the full location, rather than a file in the same folder as the .exe.

People make mistakes I know... but surely someone noticed that the music wasn't working? =\

Jacob:

I'm sure I would have noticed if I used MSE. I mean, I think there is still a module called modSound. So even if the music didn't work, I'm sure I would have noticed that there was at least some sort of intended music to be operational.

Jeez... It's open source, if more than 15% of people on here were actually any good at visual basic programming you'd be able to fix it yourself, that's the point of open source.

We're not here to do everything for you.
