Game resizing bug

hey, well 2 of the players at my community have gotten a bug where when it starts the client, the client resizies itself into a smaller "square" and you can see a pink background around it. any suggestions?

I think its the GUI, have you added anything to the GUI?

yeah its a custom GUI, but it seems to work for mostly everyone
could it be their screen resolution?

Is it the Picture box which has the graphics on it i think its called Picscreen i think there could be something wrong with it, im not to sure

yeah i believe so. i dont have the graphics of the client GUI inside a graphics folder

I dont think having the GUI in a diffrent folder but like i said im not to sure.

ah well i meant the GUI isnt inside any folder, what i meant was that it was built into the client using the VB tools

ah ok it is probably that then. Try it a diffrent way and see if it makes a diffrent, use the person with the problem as a tester
