The first one is soooooooooooooooooooooo much better.

prefered the box at the top of the GUI in the first one (all the way across),
the icons look better (bottom right) now there's less of them, still can't decide if they aren't a shade too bright to blend in perfectly tho.

nice work vans. I like the second one, but it perhaps needs a border around the outer edges.

Ah, yes, the borders really helped the box at the top feel more at place, and also, the Hotkeys look nice.
