become admin

Sry my stupid question, but idk how to become admin :S
And i use 3.0.3

But can u guys help me, cause i want make my game to done.

PS. I understand some codes in games cause im old GM user.

Make a account and character then close both server and client then go in to the server/accounts then find your name, open it and look for access = w/e and change it to 4
