Well its not always that situation. Grandparents have old computers most likely and when their grandson(you example) visits them and goes to play on their crapy computer, it sucks :p

It's the big grey square that has a black box in it and a scroll bar and two buttons that say Send and Cancel. It's kind of, but hardly, hidden by picSpells and picInventory. It's there.
