Ok, so I started working on this again, and I did ALOT of enhancements on the newest version, in fact I scrapped the old one I did a while back and started from scratch. so enjoy, and expect the final edition sometime soon, I really enjoy working with this project!

FEATURES:
-Ability to set transparency/Background colors enabled on labels on the card.
-Ability to make labels 3D or 2D.
-Ability to set the labels border.
-Same for picture box's.
-Added basic credits.
-Card Layout (Opens a form, and you can stretch the card, make it bigger/smaller, move things around etc.. and it saves, so everytime you start the program, it loads your default settings so you don't have to keep changing them!).
-Better font system (Change Font and back color, change font).
-Open pictures already made in the workspace for quick printing.
-Added a menu to make it easier to access things.
-Added CARD files so you can reopen cards and continue to work on them at other times!
-JPEG Support

I don't think chaos engine card is the best thing to show the mirage community .

Why? If anyone wants to go use their engine, they're free to. Most people here have enough common sense not to though.
