Yes, I agree, # 1 is nicer, but # 2 Shows more about the game, I would choose number 2 but the stroke on the text Looks a bit to pixely, they are both nice though

Right down the middle of the "II" in number 1 theres a 15-16 px vertical variation of a 3px wide strip on the background texture,

other than that, number 1

You mean like, the II is to low? because I saw the same thing, The wing things are going over the line on the bottom
