Alright I do not have time to program and I am busy with alot of different websites so I am going to buy a custom game that I will own.
When I say buy yes I mean buy! If the game has a domain, or web-hosting or anything related to the game I am buying thoes as well! *I will use different web-hosting but want domain ect*
What I prefer the game to have!
Custom In-game/Out-game GUI
Custom Tiles, Sprites, And all that good stuff
Scrolling Maps
PaperDolling *Already Configured to work with items*
Thats all I want in the game but I do want all the other basic's and alot more unique features

Well, unforunatly, all you're going to find is a few games with some of those features. There are currently no games with all those features, some have one or two, others have the rest. Nobody has custom sprites/tiles/etc. The few pixel artists we have here, are not going to pixel much for anything.
And if you mean full seamless scrolling, then that's pretty much a $100 feature there alone. Though you did say you can pay up to 500..

I'd be more than happy to program this stuff into a vanilla MS, but when it comes to the pixel art, you'd have to find that elsewhere.

We all know who Lecius really is, but it doesn't matter. As long as nobody here gets scammed, it's all good. Besides, if someone get's scammed, it's their own fault. Always get the money before you give the code.
