I would assume as long as the site says "The site is under heavy construction" it is
 you'll know when you go to it and there is a link to download MirageRealms code most likely.

The site is starting to take shape, MS 3.0.3 and 3.0.7 distributions are up for download and I've started writing up the old tutorials up in a new format on the website, you should check one of them out I think its really quite effective at making the whole 'coding' thing not so scary for noobs.
www.mirage-realms.com I have also done some set up work on the forums so we are ready to start supporting MS, the MR release will be coming soon I just want to make sure the infastructure is there before I introduce a new source code to the market - going to be prepared this time.
