No, its the lazy way. And whats wrong with the idea Advo? People who can't afford web hosting can post updates/news and a blog about there game.

It's a waste of time and overly complicates something really simple.

Besides, I have never pulled one member from the MS forums. Everytime someone comes here, they end up trying to make their own game or something. Which is why so far the only successful games are made by those who don't come here anymore. SoMX for instance.

I just don't see the point in this. I'll continue to post my game in the method it's already posted in and steer clear from those posts using this method. It looks tacky and cliche. And once again, we're not a community like OnRPG. 99% of us here do this as a hobby. If you want to promote like that, go to other sites. It's pointless to promote here. People from here sign up to your forums, wait for the download, make an account, login, logout, and never bother with your game again.

I want to bring features to the forum besides just posting. we need more life to the forum, as everybody tells about the old days. And that people dont make games and stay etc, what you now said. Might be because there are no more game features than posting it on the forum. The game profile will work as a website. I will even let people use: http://www.thegame.key2heaven.net to get to the game profile.

Anyways, I don't like the idea. If you remove the MS Game board, I think you're making a big mistake and I will no longer post anything concerning my projects here.

Perfekt, honestly, I dont care where you posts. Im not adjusting too you. It was the same thing when Darkar joined, you always threaten by stop posting. That doesnt work as a threat.

What I mean, is if you set the dns for the miragesource.com domain, and then set it up in your control panel to make miragesource.com point to the ms folder on your server, you wouldn't see the whole key2heave.net/ms thing anymore.

Then..

Say I were to go along with this and you gave Shade Wood one of those pages, it would be found at:

http://www.shadewood.miragesource.com

And then people wouldn't think Shade Wood and K2H were made/ran by the same person.

I just checked to see if William's host supports it, and it doesn't seem that they do. I've given him a few suggestions on what to try/do. We'll see how it ends up soon enough. xD

I don't mind what happens... but I have used phpbb 3 and it is nice.. I prefer the class phpbb 2 cause it is more customizable than 3 for now.. meanin there is more stuff for phpbb 2 than phpbb 3 since 3 is newer... but that is my opinion..

To get back on topic.. I believe ya'll should upgrade to phpBB 3.0.RC1, its very advance and very good. Its really nice and I just think you should upgrade .

Not going to install phpbb3, its really nice and all but I would loose certain things olike the game profile and such, and hopefully new cool features. So instead I added a new theme, and if it doesnt upset too many here, I would like to only have this theme available. Check it out by changing it from your Profile.
