Drag queens dress in woman's clothing primarily for the purpose of entertainment. A cross dresser is a guy who just dresses in woman's clothing for whatever other reason. So unless he just dresses up for us, which would probably be a bit more disturbing, I think a more proper term would be cross dresser.
