Yeah the ingame/overhead font for your players looks awesome... and the game itself will probably be pretty cool too... but the UI probably needs to be completely redone.
Seeing the snow in your game reminds me how incredibly terrible the 'snow' weather effect is. I think i'm going to make a revised edition that actually gives off the whole winter feel... rather than the spray brush flying across the screen.
