Check how the stats have changed, you see the +(num). The items addon to that too, so when a spell is used, that text will be green instead of white. Have not done that yet
Also, the time set on 100s, so I took the screenshot when when some was below 1 minute so you could see the change from m to s. I can set any time I want.
