I hate these things haha. Whenever my computer gets slow I just go through it, clean out temporary files, run windows Disk Cleanup, Scandisk, I use AdAware which really helps a lot to get rid of spyware. I will go through the registry and clean out things that have been kept there since old old files were installed on my pc and I do use Norton System Works which I can find errors and reparit them as well as doing a scan disk and then I just finish off with a defrag. Works wonders haha.
