Well Vista runs pretty well on my Core 2 Duo E6300 and 4gb of ram. And on the note of VB running on Vista, works fine on my computer and so far any of the applications I have tested out have ran minus a couple games but it is only the beta. So, VB6 runs as well as apps, MSE runs minus the tileset problem.
