Never heard of it being called "Break-out" but here in good ol' England I think I used to play the game.
It was on an old BBC Acorn (where I first got into programming)... which was the computer I had for ages. I only first went on a Windows PC when it was just going from '98 to 2000. Good times...
It started with an 'A'... can't remember the name =( Ill boot up my Acorn and try and find the floppy.
Wow... I made a 3 disk text based RPG in QBasic when I was 10 xD I even managed to draw Ash (from pockemon)'s face using the old 'Draw 130, 100' and 'Move 20,40' etc. Took me hours. Used to have to buy pads of graph paper to prepare it xD
