Quote:VirTool:Win32/injector.gen!z

I'm not sure, but I believe I had a variant of this. I tried to figure out how to destroy it, but found I couldn't on my computer. It's a keylogger (from what I've read). There is a systematic tool specifically built to destroy it, however it didn't work on my computer, I had to wipe. Iss called Systematic W32.Virut Removal Tool 1.1.2 (yes, virut, not virus). Also, conficker (and probably this virut) is spread on your network, so if you have the virus on your network, disconnect it immediately (from router, so other computers don't get infected). Most of this is based on memory. Also, be careful with any flash drives you have plugged into your computer recently. I believe it spreads with flash drives also.

Edit: I tried to find more information on gen!z in particular, but couldn't find anything besides that its high threat, a trojan, and that it is recommended that you remove.
