Just off the top of my head, you can either set it client side that when in the map editor don't send your movements server side. When you hit save or cancel, it would get your real position from the server and set you again.

Or you can set it server side to know that you're editing a map and disregard all block tiles and such.

I'll implement one of those options for further MS4 releases.
