Exadon pretty much summed it up.
I want to make this community a more open place. Currently with all the flaming/ flame baiting/ thread derailment it's very hard for new users to get involved. With Paul and I working on a .Net version, it will bring in more new users and I don't want them leaving because the community can't show respect towards other members.
Side note: The Off-Topic and Rants & Raves section is open to whatever you guys want to really. I'll clean up things there if all the mods agree that something needs done.
