[MS4] Bug when Adding more layer

I'm too lazy to write a tutorial for it, as Andrew would say ":effort:", but like Dave said on the MS4 download post--just look into how the layers are drawn. Once you know how that works in MS4 as opposed to MS 3.0.3, it's pretty easy. ^^
