TCGC is an easy to use program that allows the user to create a card game. TCGC Unlimited was the last full release and now the TCGC Relinquished Demo is available to try out. There are so many features..

-Save Card Files
-Save as JPEG, BMP, GIF
-Print cards
-Change the Layout of the card (Move stuff around and save it)
-Change the pictures of the card (Given)

And much much more...

Put 200000 as the quality number and got RTE 6: Overflow.

Also won't handle negative numbers, nor does it handle nothing.

Also when I try to save an image, RTE 53: File not found ijl11.dll
