Let's come up with a list of rules and guidelines for the forums.
I think OffTopic and Rants and Raves should generally be left alone. All others should have a no flaming, flame baiting and stay on topic rule.
Also, we'll need to do a quick MS etiquette post so new users can know what to expect here.
