Why so much caring that other people care? I have been here off and on for a long time and I am tired of the way people treat new members, assholes or not. Matt was never a nice guy on the forums and we accepted him. I came here a long time ago as a completely new user with no experience in programming games past PERL and PHP, this community did not turn me away for asking dumb questions, or using languages like Ruby which was almost dead at the time. Yes, suggesting not to use Essence is okay, but putting him down for using it is completely wrong, because of all the sources, Mirage is the worst one, at least Essence uses something newer then technology from 1999 and uses styles that did not go extinct before non-relational DBMS
