If he finds a good team I think this can work out very well. He aint looking for a programming or gfx artist. That's where most projects fail, shouldn't be too hard to find what his looking for because Im sure people will want to be a part of a new game if it now becomes good. However, it might be hard to find what his looking for unless he started the project and got some programming and such compelted to attract a stroy writer etc.. with.
