Err, may I point out Java is actually the easiest compiled language at the moment to reverse engineer / decompile...
And when you say you want to 'put' it into Java?
Hows your object orientation? Going with Java's new native rendering stuff? I'd suggest so as its DirectX support is horrible, the garbage collector is shite at dealing with it ~.~
