Check for Email?

Added Email whenever you make Nnw Account. All I need is a check to determine if it's a valid Email. Such as no high Ascii Letters and only one @. I found 2 functions on pscode but i can't figure out how to work em. Here it is if anyone wants to give me a hand or help me with a new function. Thanks
