Looking for a Mapping Judge (No newbs)

Why not have judges that are completely inexperienced? At least they wont be biased. Why can't you be a newb? do newbs not know what looks good to them?

Compare a map made by a newb to a map made by a pro. Newbs dont pay attention to some very important things such as realismn.
