Give Items to a offline player

so basically you need to scan through all the accounts to find the right
character in order to give them something?
or load their acocunt to add some thing to it..
well I have managed to make a system of loading an offline players account into a temporary server side account with which you could
then add something to it

it first scans through all the accounts to find the right persons account and
character then it will laod that account and all its characters to allow you
to edit hem as you see fit to do so
