About the in game screen, a few things:
a) The game screen looks out of place, if you use 32x32 tiles it should have fit inside the black border perfectly.
b) The red selected square looks kinda out of place, make it of a dark brown like the one in the location bar or make it black.
c) The hp,mp,st and exp bar are one pixel down an one to the right, so you should move it.
About the main menu, send it to me on msn and ill make some retouches, and the splash screen is awsome
