How do I add a Winstock controll to a VB form?

so, can I make chat room in .net? CAN IT BE DONE? I'm starting to think not. I've read and down loaded about 100 tutorals and templets. why don't I have any clue what im doing!?!?

You clearly don't know vb.net at all, if you did you'd be able to add some controls and use the correct tutorial, if you want support for .net go to http://www.vbforums.com
