Couple Question For Servers

Well i got the Server Up

But got some Question

1. Do i really need to Download The next version of do i can jsut stat with the v025?

2. How can i change the battle Style like when u fight with monster or person your char will be on left and the monster in right?

3. Is there Possbile to Make a Register page and Server Status,Account Create,Total Users Online Html Script Automatic for my Website?

4. How can i let other user play my Server?

5. It is Ok if there a Membership system script like Runescape like when u login there a email box from staff and Member Box that say r u a member or not and let u Pay to be 1

is it possible to setup a pay to be a member where u put ur game acc and confrim then when i get the money then they can be Member and acess New Place that members cant and Get new Weapon and Armor and Do New Quest? that would be cool

6. How can i change all Class Sprite or add new Class Like Ragnarok and make all the Char when they login look all like Ragnarok
I want to change all class sprite to Ragnarok char and the control Char to Ragnarok char too
