1.3Ghz, 512 mb RAM, and 10mbit internet connect. I think thats all you need to know xD, no need to go into details.

And yeah Fox, huh god, i wish i could. But honestly, if i were to create 16x16 items i would probably use them for my own game. ( haha ).

And as you see i don't even have time to create some for my own game so .. Thats basically the main reason im using allready created graphics.

You should get a dedicate server man, add donation system or something and u will get the money fast.
