You all need to relax.
Personally I think hes just a lonely attention whore, and if you ignore him he will go away(Like how he says he was honored people pretended to be him). Oh, and I also agree with Verr, if you ban him, he can always come back under another name. At least you know who he is now. Then there's also that part about sticking up and enforcing your beliefs, just to prove a point.
