Ok I made this a while back as a way to edit every aspect of your game offline. More less so you dont have to get on your game to edit stuff. I didnt finish some stuff like the map editor and the account editor but the rest works fine.
Not much interest was shown so I stopped work on it. I decided to just release it incase anyone else wants to add on or finish it. If you decide to modify it and release it at all just keep me in the credits for creating it originally and im fine with it. Heres the source modify away
