The scrolling is posted on the MSE3 forum, as a demo app to try yourself and a subversion patch file (I am too lazy to write a tutorial!). The patch file is plain text, so if you're hard core you could install it without subversion. Robin did.
In all modesty though, I do have more common sense than most people here xD
If you don't know Mirage, you wont be able to add it in.
