I think a great game is being ignored here. It is a game programmed and created by Scorpio and Kenji.
I would post screenshots but I think if you go to the website there are some there. I would like to help bring new players to this community.

I am trying to help our community regrow itself. I would like to try and keep away from saying the game sucks and being negative please. It is a good game, you just have to appreciate the term, "classic". Which obviously you don't.

Then don't start biting the head off people who say it's not great. People are allowed to have opinions on things. If they don't like it, ignore them. If you think it's a good game the opinions of other people shouldn't effect you.

You're advertising to the wrong people. Of course we're aware of Secrets of Mirage.
Doesn't mean we have to think it's good. Most people here know Mirage's source like the back of their hands and it's obvious it doesn't do anything special. It might have fun game play, and I'm glad you like it, but we're a programming forum at heart.

Its the longest surviving one I think.. Either that or Playerworlds one (forgot its name)

lol nice, i remember playing this like 4 years ago, was an alright game, good to see its still going
or is it a remake? the mapping and graphics look like they've had a make-over
i wouldn't say its unique though, as far as MMORPGs go, its pretty run-of-the-mill
For the record, Scorpio doesn't post his game here for a reason. All games posted here, fail the dreaded death clause.
If SoMX dies, it's your fault.
The game got boring when people started exploiting and cheating and all that nonsense.
So, in otherwords, when he switched from PW to his own engine, the game died for a LOT of people.
I was on when Phalax and RubbaChicken and all them played daily. When they quit, along with Rookie, the game just.. It's no longer fun.
