Comments on Progress? MSE2

I have a lot of tests coming up in 2 weeks, so I will have my hands pretty much full. So I decided to upload the source of the new mse2. I also hope you will anticipate on it and doesn't think I'd rushed into it (instead of waiting for valk to be debugged). I've done mostly the easy stuffs, but it all needs to be done so I started it off. Please update the Development Log list too if you know things that needs to be added/changed.

Do you guys think we should update these with whats been done?
